Box of 01 vial and 01 solvent ampoule.
Oraptic is indicated for the treatment of:
– Gastroesophaegal Reflux Disease (GERD) with erosive esophagitis (EE)
– Duodenal ulcer
– Gastric ulcer
– Zollinger – Elison syndrome
– Prophylaxis of acid aspiration
when oral therapy is not possible or appropriate
Store in tight vial at the temperature below 25ºC, protect from light.
– Dilute in 10ml of solvent. Slow IV with the rate ≤ 4ml/ min in the time ≥ 2,5 mins. If IV in 3 days, the dosage should be reduced to 10 – 20 mg/ day.
– Duodenal Gastric ulcer and GERD: 40mg/ day
– Zollinger – Elison syndrome: 20 – 120mg/day. If the dosage is more than 80mg/day, it should be given twice daily.
– The high dose must be reduced gradually, not stopped abruptly.
– Dosage in Renal impairment: no need to adjust the dosage.
– Dosage in Hepatic impairment: the dosage not exceeding 20mg daily.
