In the afternoon of 22nd November 2017, at the headquarters of Binh Dinh Pharmaceutical and Medical Equipment JSC (Bidiphar), the signing ceremony of technology transfer between Kyorin Rimedio and Bidiphar took place.

Kyorin Rimedio is a subsidiary of KYORIN Holdings, Japan. It specializes in the manufacture, development and distribution of generic medicines

KYORIN Holdings specializes in the research, manufacture, distribution of pharmaceuticals and medical services, healthcare. It was established in 1923, the annual turnover of about $ 1.1 billion.

Bidiphar has promoted scientific research and investment in modern equipment for many years. Bidiphar is one of the pioneers of Vietnamese pharmaceutical companies  in the manufacture of special treatment medicines, and high-tech dosage forms. With the goal of approaching advanced science and technology and based on the ability of the two companies. Through two years of survey, research, trial production and evaluation with the coordination and guidance of Kyorin specialists. Now Bidiphar and Kyorin sign the Agreement to transfer technology in the field of pharmaceutical production to manufacture products in accordance with the standards of Kyorin Rimedio and Japan – one of the highest standards in the world in production and evaluate pharmaceutical quality. With this cooperation, Bidiphar will provide the market with high quality pharmaceutical products to meet the health care needs of the people in the future and contribute to the development of the pharmaceutical industry in Vietnam.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Chairman of Binh Dinh People’s Committee Ho Quoc Dung acknowledged and appreciated Bidiphar’s efforts in investing to improve product quality and believed this event would open a new development phase of Bidiphar to Bidiphar’s products can be exported to Japan and other countries in the near future. He pledged to create favorable conditions for Bidiphar and Kyorin to develop effective cooperation.
