We respectfully invite suppliers to participate in bidding for the package: Laboratory information management system (LIMS).
If your company is interested, please sign and send us by scan the “non-disclosure agreement” (the non-disclosure agreement form is attched) and we will share Bidiphar’s reqirements as a basis for bidding.
- Document release time: From 11:00 A.M on December 23rd, 2023 to before 9:00 A.M on January 31st, 2024.
- Clarification time: Suppliers conduct clarification from December 23rd, 2023 – January 15th, 2024 and all requests for clarification will be answered by Bidiphar at 9:00 A.M on January 17th, 2024 via online or offline.
- Closing time for receiving bid documents: 09:00 A.M, January 31st, 2024.
- Information that needs to be clarified will be sent to the contractor via email: banqlda@bidiphar.com
- Bid submission form: Submit via email: muasam@bidiphar.com / via website: muasam.bidiphar.com

The email subject of the quotation supplier is set according to regulations: “DBD – LIMS – <NCC name>”
