On November 22, 2025, in the immediate aftermath of the historic mid-November floods that caused severe devastation, Binh Dinh Pharmaceutical and Medical Equipment JSC (Bidiphar) timely donated 1,000 essential medicine kits to the local health sector. Notably, on the very same day, these supplies were distributed by a Special Medical Task Force comprising over 100 doctors and nurses from Vinh Thanh, Van Canh, Tay Son, Ayunpa, Mang Yang, and Kbang districts. They worked tirelessly to deliver aid directly to the hands of flood-affected residents in Quy Nhon and Tuy Phuoc, creating a rapid and heartwarming community healthcare campaign.
1. POST-FLOOD HEALTH CRISIS: BIDIPHAR ACTIVATES EMERGENCY RELIEF

In mid-November 2025, prolonged heavy rains submerged many wards and communes in Quy Nhon City and Tuy Phuoc District under a sea of water. As the floodwaters receded, they left behind layers of young mud and significant potential risks to public health. The humid environment and polluted water sources created ideal conditions for the outbreak of dermatological diseases (such as foot fungus/trench foot), conjunctivitis (pink eye), digestive disorders, and influenza.
Understanding the urgency of post-flood disease prevention, on November 22, Bidiphar quickly handed over 1,000 family medicine kits (valued at hundreds of millions of VND) to frontline medical units. Specifically:
500 medicine kits were entrusted to the Tuy Phuoc District Health Center – considered the “flood navel” of the downstream area.
500 medicine kits were entrusted to the Quy Nhon City Health Center to serve examination and distribution efforts for residents in both urban and suburban areas.

Each kit was meticulously prepared by Bidiphar pharmacists, containing a full range of essential pharmaceuticals to treat common symptoms during the flood season, helping residents effectively manage health issues while recovering from the disaster.
2. THE “JOINT MEDICAL TASK FORCE”: A MASSIVE MOBILIZATION FROM 6 DISTRICTS
The highlight of the relief operation on November 22 lay not only in the quantity of medicines donated by Bidiphar but also in the unprecedented scale of human resources mobilized for distribution. A Special Medical Support Task Force was established to reinforce the “hotspot” of Quy Nhon.
The delegation consisted of more than 100 elite medical staff, fully mobilized from the Provincial Center for Disease Control (CDC) and 06 District Health Centers, including:
Vinh Thanh
Van Canh
Tay Son
Ayunpa
Mang Yang
Kbang
The presence of medical staff from Ayunpa, Mang Yang, and Kbang (highland areas) standing shoulder-to-shoulder with colleagues from Vinh Thanh and Tay Son to support the coastal people of Quy Nhon painted a beautiful picture of provincial solidarity. Undeterred by long distances and difficult terrain, crossing mountain passes to reach the plains, over 100 “white-blouse soldiers” arrived exactly when the people needed them most.
3. “LIGHTNING SPEED” DEPLOYMENT: MEDICINE REACHING RESIDENTS SAME-DAY
Adhering to the motto “Where the medicine goes, health follows,” the reception and distribution process was executed with extreme urgency.
Immediately after receiving the 500 medicine kits from Bidiphar in the early morning of November 22, the Medical Support Task Force divided into mobile units, coordinating with local health authorities to descend directly upon heavily affected households.
In deeply flooded wards, the image of medical staff wading through mud to visit each home, conduct health checks, offer advice, and hand over Bidiphar medicine bags evoked strong emotions among the community.
Doctors performed environmental disinfection and treated domestic water sources.
Bidiphar medicine kits came with detailed usage instructions: topical creams for trench foot, digestive medicines to prevent food poisoning, and fever reducers to prevent colds caused by prolonged exposure to water.
The same-day distribution held significant professional importance, helping to cut off infectious disease transmission chains early and preventing the risk of wide-scale epidemics following the floods.
4. BIDIPHAR: 45 YEARS OF AN ENDURING COMPASSIONATE HEART
The support of 1,000 medicine kits for Tuy Phuoc and Quy Nhon this time continues Bidiphar’s ceaseless philanthropic journey. Since the beginning of the storm season, convoys bearing the Bidiphar logo have rolled onto roads across the country, from high mountains to flood zones, from Central to Northern Vietnam.
A Bidiphar representative shared: “Witnessing the hardships of the medical teams from Ayunpa, Kbang, and other districts traveling all the way to Quy Nhon to provide support, we feel our responsibility is even greater. Bidiphar commits to always ensuring the best and most sufficient supply of medicines to empower the ‘white-blouse soldiers’ on the front lines of public healthcare.”
The joint effort of an enterprise like Bidiphar and the dedication of over 100 medical staff from the 6-district coalition has become a solid pillar of support, helping the people of Quy Nhon and Tuy Phuoc rebuild their normal lives soon.
